Warranty and Return Policy

All turbochargers are warranted for defects in material or workmanship for twelve months. This warranty is limited to the turbocharger only and does not iclude any parts or components associated with, attached to, or connected to the turbocharger unit. We agree to replace or repair any turbocharger found to be defectived due to faulty parts or workmanship.

Warranty Policy and Procedure
The most common cause of turbo failure is due to the lack of lubrication. It is mandatory that you replace the oil supply line. After reattaching the oil line to the turbocharger, crank the engine until there is full oil pressure on the gauge. Then, reconnect the coil and start the engine. Allow the engine to idle for five minutes. DO NOT REV THE ENGINE.

For the submission of a turbocharger for warranty inspection, please follow these procedures carefully.

  • The failed part must be returned FREIGHT PREPAID. It is understood that the return of the failed part is essential and that no warranty consideration will be made without it
  • The condition of the part must be removed as is from the engine and be accompanied by all related parts. It must be returned to the manufacturer uncleaned and without removal of the housings, ID tags, etc.
  • We will contact you as soon as possible with the results of the inspection.
  • We also ask that you return a copy of the invoice when the turbo was purchased and proof of purchase for the replacement of the oil supply line.

The manufacturer will do their utmost to see that any and all claims for failed merchandise are handled fairly. However, it is understood that the manufacturer is the sole and final judge relative to any and all decisions of defective material or workmanship and warranty settlements.
